Do you have toxic traits ?

Has your partner ever told you or have you ever realized yourself that you have toxic traits in a relationship? 
If so, what were the toxic traits and did you try to change ??

My parent’s relationship is stupid toxic. My parents in general, actually. I used to be the literal worst and Im still working on myself, obviously but these are only things I discontinued. I used to:
Pick fights almost daily, especially using silent treatments and verbal cut-downs to initiate.
I was the crazy girl texting him 47x if he went awol.
I spent a year we call “the dark year” drinking a bottle of fireball whiskey almost every other night, even on work nights. He worked full time 60hr weeks and was pretty much the primary caregiver of my 2yo (at the time) while I was hungover during the mornings. True story.
I was always accusing him of cheating on me. We now have a running joke about “Cinnamon”, his imaginary side chick.
It was so hard to be vulnerable that if I felt sad or if I wanted some attention, I would lash out at him about how much he “doesn’t care about me” instead of just telling him I feel vulnerable and I need support.
The list goes on and on so I’ll stop but... I’m so thankful for him. He loved me when I was genuinely unlovable and our relationship is amazing now. We haven’t argued in about a year. We had a second daughter in July and it took a lot of work and dedication to be where I am now.

I’m really bad at saying sorry. Growing up my mum used to say “ you don’t mean it” every time I would say it so now as an adult I just can’t bring myself to ever apologize for anything.

I have a bad habit of holding on to past things that hurt me. I just feel so betrayed because i would never do the things ppl have done to me. So it’s extremely hard for me to let go because i don’t understand why ppl would want to hurt me when I’ve been so good to them.  And if i don’t understand something i can not leave it alone. I definitely need to learn to let things go

When I was with my ex the only thing I felt bad about was I was staying with him because I felt like it was what everyone else expected me to do and I wasn’t that happy so I ended up leaving

We ALL do because we’re human. Doesn’t mean it’s okay. We should try and work on them and notice them whenever possible. No one is perfect though.
