Discharge and spotting in 2nd trimester

Hello I am 15 weeks and 5 days and when I went to the bathroom I had like white discharge with a tinge of pink when I wiped. This is my 5th baby and i never had this issue. At my last appt the dr said my placenta was in front could that have something to do with it? Also I have not been able to feel baby kick yet my last couple pregnancies I began to feel flutter/ butterfly sensations around 12-14 weeks. Also i been having cramping pains in lower abdominal area. Maybe im just paranoid but now im a little worried.
