Discharge help

I believe I have had an infection since August. I went and got it checked out but found nothing. A few months ago I noticed it again. I went to the doctor and was kn medication for BV. I thought it went away again but apparently not! So I call my doctor and I am put on the same medication as well as stuff for a yeast infection. It’s still not gone! What does this look like? I am worried that it’s not BV.
