Continue working out?
I found out I was pregnant 2.20.21. at 10dpo. Even after just one day line has progressed/darkened and uterus is stretching. It’s a bit painful/uncomfortable.
I know it is safe to workout during pregnancy, but have any of you jumped right into working out when you found out?
Tomorrow, 2.22.21 I will be 3 weeks 5 days. Had a CP back in Oct 2020 so I’m a bit nervous.
Has anyone else taken off a few weeks just to make sure the little poppy seed sticks?
