Really really light periods???

Does anyone else have issues with really light periods? Like I don’t even need a pad or tampon, I just need a tiny panty liner, the blood is very minimal, mostly clots and it’s never bright red just dark. But it’s consistent and for 7 days which makes me think it’s just a super light period.

I mean obviously I don’t want a super heavy flow that’s painful lol, but should I check with my doctor or is this a normal thing?
