I am . i get covid relief so i can work part time and collect it. I report what little i work each week and am still eligible to receive payment along with the extra $300

I do. I work part-time and still collect. I am completely honest with them and let them know my hrs and how much I get before gross pay. I'm not lying and at least here in my state you can claim if part-time.

If its not under the table its basically just a loan until you get caught because your job will have to run payroll and they will see youre getting paid somewhere and ask your job how much. Lol its not worth the headache honestly.
Now if you get a small job that barely pays you can do both and unemployment will adjust what they pay you based on what you make

I knew a girl who did that once; she got caught, and then charged with fraud...so a court case and had to pay it all back. You better hope it’s under the table and real hush, hush if you are lmfao

I believe you can if you had a full time job and your hours were cut. I dont think you can if you were outright hired for a part time job. And you definitely can't if you work full time. I've never had to collect unemployment and I live in an at will state so before covid it was ridiculously hard to qualify for unemployment anyways. We had a wrongful termination case against one of my husband's ex employers. They still denied unemployment to him.

My brother has in the past. He got caught once and all that happened was they deducted that amount from his unemployment next time he went on it.
