possible lump in breast?

so yesterday i was playing just dance and noticed when my boobs bounced one of them hurt toward the top and i couldn’t do any of the jumping moves and such cuz it hurt

i ran my fingers over my breast today feeling for anything and in that spot i think i feel a lump but i can’t tell because it’s not physically visible so idk what to do rn. i’ve never felt any lumps before. i’m just very nervous idk what it is.
