10 month old waking up 3-4am

My little guy has been waking up the last few nights around 3-4 am, when he has been sleeping from 730pm-630am.. not sure what to do. He wakes up and stands up in his crib and will stand there til I come get him.. he doesn’t cry but if he is standing there long enough he will stand whining 😣

Usually when he wakes up around 6-7 (his normal Time) I will see he’s standing and go grab him. Is that not a good thing to do??? Because now he thinks if he just stands up I’ll come get him?!

This morning he woke up around 440 and stood there til 515 🙃 then started to whine/cry so I went and got him..

Any help or tips is appreciated!
