How long do I cook chicken for?

I have boneless chicken thighs. One site says in oven 350 for 20-30 minutes and another site says in oven 400 for 50 minutes . ???

I generally do 350 for 35-45 minutes depending on thickness

Use a meat thermometer to check. Should be 165 degrees in the thickest part of the thighs. That’s the only way I ever trust eating meat.
