Not baby related

Do you ladies know if there’s anything I can take for cat scratch disease over the counter??? I’m pretty sure that not only did my son catch it, but so did I 🥲 around the same time Andy got scratched by his eye, I got scratched on my cheek and chin!!! This appeared in the last 2-3 days, now there’s yellow/clear liquid coming out, my entire face is itchy, and I’m beginning to develop a fever. In the last few hours my face has gotten warmer and warmer. I really don’t wanna have to spend on an urgent care visit but I may have to.
