I need advice
Alright so it’s nothing extreme but I’m 8 weeks pregnant (9 weeks literally on Sunday) I just have the issue that I keep wanting to sleep on my stomach and when I do I wake up with terrible nausea if I don’t sleep on my stomach (which is pretty rare) I don’t wake up feeling nauseas. Please tell me how you managed to stop rolling onto your stomach if you may also sleep on your stomach, I’d like to just get used to not sleeping on my stomach currently and it’s my second pregnancy so you’d think it’d be an easy thing to do again but I keep waking up finding myself laying on my stomach. Should I just buy a small pillow? I’d love the advice thanks
