Yes to chiro! It’s a life saver. And if you don’t already have an exercise ball to sit on I would recommend that! Prenatal yoga classes will help too! 
For sleep. 3 pillows! One under your head, one between your knees, and one in front of you to hug

Me toooo! I’m so over this pregnancy. I’m only 30w4d but I have had every symptom and my belly is huge, looks like I am
Full term already!. This is my third pregnancy, but second baby - I had a Missed Miscarriage at 11 weeks and conceived again soon after, so I’m in my 42nd week of pregnancy in the past 10 months, with still about 10 weeks to go! My body is just tired and I’m still working full time with a toddler, which is a challenge in itself. Sending strength to us all, we are incredible! 💪

I’m on baby number 2 and I am dying this time around. My morning sickness has come back with vengeance and my pelvis is prematurely separating so a lot of the time I can barely walk and I can feel my pelvis grinding against itself. I’m ready for this baby to come out!!!
