Left boob HUGE

I’m 6 weeks pregnant and my left boob has literally doubled in size and in SO much pain. I have to hold it if I don’t have a bra on and I can’t sleep on my left side of else it is so painful in the morning. I do cold compresses but is there anything else I can do? Is this even normal? I already talked to my midwife and she did an exam and said everything was fine but I’ve never experienced this pregnant before.
