Nausea and Pelvic Pain

Brittany

I’m 29+3 and have been dealing with the normal (but pretty intense) pelvic pain for about 2 weeks now.. but last night and today I’m also feeling super nauseous.

I am a STM and have a history of preterm labour with my first son but with his pregnancy I didn’t experience any real symptoms aside from light spotting. I ended up slowly dilating to 6cm over the course of 6 weeks with none of the typical preterm labour symptoms..

So... is nausea normal for some people at this stage of pregnancy? Or should I be concerned that it’s accompanying this heavy pelvic pressure/pain?

Note: OB checked my cervix a week ago and it was softening but otherwise normal in length and closed. (If that’s relevant) lol
