Second ultrasound

I got an ultrasound about 2 weeks ago at 5 weeks and 2 days to make sure it wasn’t ectopic well all that was there was the gestational sac. She said it was normal for how early I was and I go back tomorrow to check for baby and heartbeat (I’ll be 7 weeks exactly). I’ve had 2 miscarriages in the past and found out by an ultrasound showing an empty sac. Praying I see my babe and a heart beat tomorrow 💕 did anyone else get an ultrasound at 5 weeks and only see a gestational sac? Not even a yolk sac?
