Ultimately, what I learnt so far is that the best way to know if pregnant is to wait until your missed period and test....all tww symptoms mimic pms and some maybe due to fibroids flaring up (fibroids are common in women)...uurrgh! Not feeling optimistic, didnt try much... (partner unavailable).., next month it is.

side note: I spoke to a fertility doctor who just wrote me off as DD (donor eggs and donor sperm) 🤔. New clinic I was trying near home. Havent even done any test...I know Im old but he was just not pleasant like I was bothering him or he had other things to do.. even put me on hold to attend to something after showing up late for the appointment.I had to call to remind😝

Anyways, not upset about the experience really because I wouldnt want him taking care of my case anyways.

I will just stick to Create Fertilily even though they are a bit far.
