Taking opks wrong? Help ?
So I’m tracking my opks and they’ve been stressing me out, I can’t seem to find a positive.
Now I’m thinking I’ve been doing it wrong. I’m doing a challenge and part of it is drinking a gallon of water everyday. Could that be screwing up my results? I’ve also been testing in the afternoon because I read that it was better.
This is what I’ve been getting vs what I got this morning before I started hydrating. Could my window timing be different or could it be the water I’m driving through the day that’s throwing it off?
