My son is 3 months old, not yet started rolling. He is not comfortable with sleeping bags so we still use Muslin wraps coz of his strong reflexes. Just worried he should not start rolling during his sleep with swaddle on.. and he can’t sleep without swaddle too 😩

My son started rolling from belly to back at 2 months and I still swaddle. He rolls occasionally but not a lot. He's 3 months now and I'm transitioning him out of the swaddle. His reflex is stronger in his left arm so I started swaddling with the right arm out. About a week later I tried both arms out with no luck. Just purchased a swaddle band from Baby&Eve, it goes around the chest and arms, because he was showing signs he wanted his legs free. Still keeping the left arm in the swaddle but it seems to have helped with his leg reflex. Not much of a problem now. We are on night 4 with the band and he seems to be comfortable with it. You might need to try and use different types of swaddles, in different stages and slowing transition out of them ❤ I wish you luck, momma!

We just waited until he could roll to his belly but with our second baby she started getting her arms out at 2 months so we just switched to wearable blankets.
