FSH levels high - HELP!

Just had some bad news about my FSH level. Tested Day 3 and it’s 32. Last year in Oct it was 20 and I’ve been so good at taking my supplements over the last few months and hoping to get pregnant for the first time. I’m dreading the rest of my results.

I just turned 39. Any hope for IVF? Any advice?
