What’s considered a nap
I know I know stupid question but some days I have wake my 7 month old up after only 30 min nap she isn’t cranky or anything after being woke up but wondering should I just let her finish sleeping because maybe 30min isn’t a full nap or is it I only have to wake her 1x a day she takes about 3 naps usually 1-2 hour
