Infection

I slept with a guy in September of last year and have had infection after infection. It was never an STD, it seems to be some nasty yeast infection that won’t go away. Except my culture recently came back negative and a week later it was back. I have no clue what to do at this point and I’m sick of waiting for doctors to fix me. All my symptoms are yeast related. Itch, burn, feeling like I have to pee immediately after going, discharge that is super clumpy and gross. Help me. What do I do.
