I’ve had this mole ever since I was little, and last night I was turning in bed when I must’ve rubbed it with the sheet and it hurt. I’ve had a look this morning, and it looks like there’s a small scab? I’m not sure if that’s just the damage I did last night or whether it’s something else.

I might be being paranoid, but I’m just 19 and don’t have any kind of experience with this - I’m trying to get better at checking myself and noticing signs.

Could anyone give me their opinion or advice please? I’m trying not to freak out.
