Help me what should I do ladies!!!!!!!!!

So, I'm 6 days late for my period. I noticed yesterday when I went to the bathroom blood on the tissue. Light blood. I also have a UTI I have been taking antibiotics to clear the UTI. So my question is the UTI and antibiotics making me six days late and spot a little. I also took two tests both were negative I took one on the 3 days of being late and the 5 days of being late.
