Feeling fine, and feeling baby move. No pain or issues. Went to pee just now, and found this. I’m 25 weeks and 4 days today first baby. What could it be? Sorry it’s so gross.

I would definitely go to the ER. It looks like a bloody mucus plug. You could possibly go into preterm labor.

To me that looks like old tissue/cot. I would take everyone’s advice and go to the hospital get get checked out. I hope all is okay for you and the baby❤️

Agree with the others. 
It’s normal to lose bits of your mucus plug throughout your pregnancy, because it regenerates itself if it’s not time...but this is a lot. You could possibly go into labor early.
