First time mom

So first time mom here and just need more reassurance. Today I went to the bathroom and had quite a bit of blood and a blood clot come out. Went to the doctor and had an NST test done which came back good, had a sono done and was told the placenta looks good and baby looked good. Doctor checked my cervix and looked like the blood was coming from my cervix and since they checked my cervix when I wipe there’s still a little blood but nothing on the pad. Its still such a worry even when the doctor say everything looks good and I’ve been feeling him kick all day. 28 weeks pregnant and just want to make it the next 12 being ok.
