Help I'm worried its hard to explain so I'm sorry if it's confusing

So I posted this on what to expect app but I'm posting on here for more opinions

I'm calling my doctor tomorrow but

Every once in a while I have a weird feeling

I feel like I'm tipsy or high for those of you who know the feeling and only lasts like less than a minute it happens about 1-2 times a day and has been going on 2 weeks now

1. My vision changes like double vision almost it's blurry a bit

2. One or both ears ring

3. I've been see black and white dots for a week now

4. I have been EXTREMELY tired and nauseous

5. My hands and feet and face have been swollen but not too bad to where It's concerning to me

My blood pressure was 132 over 93 an hour ago

I checked again 40 minutes ago and it was 119 over 81

I don't normally check my BP but when I'm at my appointments my bottom number is normally in the 70s my top number normally runs in the 120s so I'm not sure what to think I was told my bottom BP is high and that my BP is just borderline

I just got a new doctor and it's late and their after hours people don't help :/ nor does my hospital I was told to come in as they can't tell me over the phone which I already know that but I mean for blood pressure Surely you can tell someone if that's high or not over the phone without seeing them but guess not 🤷‍♀️
