How do you find teens thats can babysit?

Im just looking for some teens looking to make some cash and can watch my toddlers. Id be cool if a girl wanted to bring her best friend and they watch the kids together.

I just need someone for this summer for occasional days my husband and I both work, and the occasional date night.

But I have no clue where to look or ask if any teen girls want to babysit.

I thought about posting on FB page but my friend said it would be weird to say Im looking for some teen girls to watch my kids, and look desperate. 🤷‍♀️

My mom told me to call the local high school and ask the school counselor, she said FB wasnt a good idea either. Idk if thats weird. I prefer just some teens looking for cash. Like when I was a teen babysitting.

As odd as it sounds, I prefer a couple teen girls over some random adult looking for work.

My husband also works at home(outside) so he would be around, if the girls needed anything or emergencies.

I dont live near friends or family.
