Drool rash or excema?

I can't get to my doctors until Wednesday... this just appeared 2 days ago  
What should I put on it?
I've been trying to keep the area dried and using aveeno ezcema night balm.

Vaseline works wonders. It’s the only thing I use on my babes. For both her bum and her body after bath time.

My sons ped gave us hydrocortisone and it has worked wonders so far! But his isnt as severe as ur babies’ looks
