mamas i need help🥴 this all might be TMI so here’s your warning

the past few days i’ve been having this awful on and off pressure, i constantly have to go to the bathroom and have had awful diarrhea. my back and hips have hurt so bad that i haven’t been able to sleep at night (i mean seriously 2 hours max the past three nights), and i’m pretty sure i lost a big chunk of my mucus plug today. i’ll be 30 weeks tomorrow, but did this happen to any of you??

**edit because i forgot to add the first time that all of my muscles •down there• are very sore and tired for some reason??
