Please help me

My four year old daughter is suddenly terrified of buckling up and wearing shirts. I know that sounds so weird. But please hear me out. She is scared of being restrained. It’s been this past week. I haven’t been able to get her to wear a shirt or go anywhere. Believe me I have tried. Tried bribing her. Tried everything! I don’t know what to do. When I try she literally goes crazy. It’s more than her just being a brat. She’s honestly scared. What can I do ???????
