Vaginal infection?

I had what I thought was a yeast infection after taking antibiotics. I called the dr and they prescribed me diflucan. I took both doses and then started my period. Symptoms stopped while on my period but then came back once I was off my period.

Does this sound like yeast infection, bacterial vaginosis, or trichomoniasis?

Discharge- it isn’t very thick and it’s not white, more of an off white color, itching, increased urge to urinate, very uncomfortable. There’s not much of an odor at all?

I see my gynecologist next month but just wanted others opinions. Oh and haven’t had sex since December.
