Does 3 week old sleeping through the night ruin milk supply!??

My 3 week old is sleeping for about 6 hours at night, should I continue to wake her? Will this hurt my supply?

Baby will naturally start taking in more milk during the day. 
You do not have to pump through the night unless you want too.

If your baby drops a feed, you lose the supply for that feed, your whole supply doesn’t drop. It’s up to you whether you want to pump or not overnight, personally, I chose sleep over waking up to pump
