Dead sex life

Me and my boyfriend have been together 2 years now, and our sex life is shit. Recently I’ve realized that I’m the one who always brings up the topic of sex so I’ve simply stopped. It’s been over two weeks with no sex, cuddles, hugs. I’ve gotten a few pecks but hardly. I’m always supportive and understand when he says he isn’t in the mood but this feels personal. On one hand we’ve been together so long maybe it’s just a circle of relationships but on the other we’re too young to be going through this. I don’t want to leave him over something so small but it really feels personal this time. Ive talked to him about it and he swears it’ll change but we have this conversation every other month. I really feel stuck
