Weird period

So TMI I had what I think was my period. They are normally a little heavy but not too bad. This one I’ve had for seven days and all it’s been was brown blood and very little of it. I have no clue if that’s normal or if it’s something I should worry about. My nausea has also increased a lot more than normal. I’m worried about the period only being brown blood and very little discharge. What does any of this mean and what should I do?
