Missing Period!!

Hi friends! I’ve really been driving myself crazy the last two months. I haven’t had a period since January. I’ve taken 2 at home pregnancy tests, both negative. I went to urgent care to get one, negative. My next step is to get blood work done. With my 4 year old, I took FIVE tests and they were all negative but I was actually already 4 months pregnant 🥴 I also was on birth control so I had no reason to believe that I was pregnant. Since I have a history of negative tests, it makes it really hard to know if I’m pregnant or not. I don’t know if I should immediately get a blood test or wait until the end of March which is when my cycle usually starts..
