10 weeks pregnant and I think I have vertigo
I have been so sick since week 6! But it’s just getting worse. I make sure I’m eating often and even after I’ve eaten the nausea doesn’t subside. I feel dizzy, faint when standing up. Last night I was in bed so cold and felt like I was spinning. It was awful. What is going on :( it’s the worst pregnancy I’ve had😢
