Buying Exercise equipment

Hello! I’m 22, and recently just had a baby. Currently 4m pp and trying to shed some weight .

Before I had my daughter I weight 207, and ended up weighing 255 the day I had her. I dropped to 238 a week after having her and have since got to 225 on my own.

I was thinking about investing in a treadmill or something of the sort to workout at home . (I’m super insecure about working out outside or in a gym.) 🙄🙄 opinions would be appreciated!!
