Pain management during labor
What options do I have other than the epidural? I plan to ask my doctor Monday but I feel like if I don’t know a little bit already, they will just recommend the epidural & not take me seriously. I labored 43 hours last time and was laid up in bed the majority of that time (even before the epidural due to the cytotec.) I want to be able to walk during labor and I refuse to give birth on my back again.
