Low HCG

Hi everyone my last period was February 20-24. I ovulated last week and last night I took a FR pregnancy test (I know it is VERY early!) but I got a positive test. This morning I took two more, one was CB digital, and again both positive. That’s three positive tests already. Today I went to go get a blood test to confirm and it was positive but the value was only at 23 (0-1 week). My doctor ordered another test for me to see if it goes up. Has anyone else experienced this? I was so excited to get a positive for a second baby but now I’m feeling soo anxious!
