job advice? thanks for reading in advance

I've worked for a great office for 6 years. It was a private practice and we were treated as a family. The first couplenof years I worked here we were so appreciated by the doctor who owned us that he took us and our spouses in a free vacation each year for a week to Punta cana. The pay wasn't the absolute best but the way he showed us appreciation made up for it always. We were a family. He sold our practice to a younger dr who kept up with the traditions for awhile. Then the older dr retired. I love all the women I work with which is super rare bc we are like a family. over the past couple of years things started to go downhill and all the perks were taken away from us including medical benefits. Bills were never being paid on time. We stopped recieving our products on time and had to callnthe reschedule many patients due to this. Meanwhile the dr is buying fancy toys for himself and going in vacations all the time. We lost alot of respect from our local offices bc of his quality of work.

We still bring in money but not like we used too. Hes terrible at responding to people and offices in a timely fashion also.

He just bought a new office building for us which i knew wasn't a good idea. A couple of months into the pandemic he sold our practice to corporate. They have paid alot of the bills and started taking payments over for everything. This has changed how things were run. We got medical again but its super expensive. Since then our corporate hs taken over us but our day to day stays the same. I feel like certain women here are now on a power trip and trying to look better then everyone else. There's been alot of tatting to corporate and getting people in trouble for little things. It hurts because we used to be a family.

I applied for a new job a couple of months ago but my company and dr found out and called m and asked me to stay and offered me a 4 dollar raise. So I stayed. But things are just not the same and I feel I'm walking on eggshells. I have alot of flexibility with this job. I can take off whenever if needed and I'm established here. I love what I do qnd most of the women I work with. However this other office is asking me to apply and its a private practice offering the same money j make now and idk what to do? do I apply? or do I stay bc I'm established and have flexibility for my children. im so torn.

thanks for reading.
