Herniated L3/sciatica pain. Help please!
Searching for relief for herniated L3 disc/sciatic pain. Started having lower back pain a week ago with the last 2 days being excruciating. Dread going to the bathroom and even getting up to eat! Have been to the chiro and was prescribed muscle relaxer and steroids, but still having so much pain! Looking for any tips that could help! 🙏🏻🙏🏻Thanks
