Covid twice?

I tested positive for Covid 12/24/2020. I was told i could potentially test + for up to 3 months. So I’m still technically in that window. I only lost taste and smell, which came back for the most part in a few days. I’m told that could come and go indefinitely though.

The last few days I’ve been super congested (used Afrin, and Muscinex-D), dry eyes used drops, dry mouth, no appetite (and I love food, and normally over-eat) and bad stomach issues.

Aside from the dry eyes, these are symptoms of Covid too. Is it possible I got it again but a different strain?

I work remote and go nowhere. Christmas shopping is all I could think of the first time even though I usually avoid people in stores and go in aisles no one is currently in.
