Ovarian cyst surgery early pregnancy

Hey y’all I’m around 3-5 weeks pregnant, I went to the hospital with horrible intense burning type pain on my ride side, so I went to the hospital and they found a really large cyst that needed to be removed. It was a laparoscopic surgery and they gave me medication that was safe while pregnant but there is a risk of miscarriage, I am SO scared y’all this is my first pregnancy and so far it’s been nerve racking ! Please send positive vibes and pray for me(if you’re religious)
