Can't shake this feeling 😬

I'm 34wks but this is our 4th baby. Woke up this morning just feeling off. BH all morning which is pretty normal, not real contractions. But even though I keep telling myself I can't shake this feeling that something is happening today, just can't put my finger on what. Anyone else ever feel like this? Baby girl isn't helping by being more quiet and her movements are always large pushes south. I swear I thought she would fall out in the shower a couple times it was that forceful. Also been losing huge amounts of mucus all morning, yuck. My brain keeps saying logically nothing is happening but I just can't buy into it for some reason.
