I’m 14 weeks and 1 day and am experiencing a lot of hip/back pain. Who else is experiencing this?

Both are common but try sleeping with a pillow propped against your back and one between your knees, that should help some. If all else fails warm compresses and Tylenol.

I’m 14 weeks and I’ve had the worst lower back pain! I can barely pick up my 27lb 11 month old 😓

My lower back starts to hurt if I stand too long, 14 weeks as well

Dido!! It seems like going for a walk or two a day has really helped though. The more I sit, the worse the pain is. Hope it gets better for you!

I just turn 13 weeks this Saturday and right away I started having mild cramping, hip pain/back pain. I think it’s normal due to all the stretching that’s going on. Unless it’s super painful that it’s interfering with you day I wouldn’t worry but either way bring it up to your doctor so you can have peace of mind.

Excruciating hip pain! I’m usually a back sleeper so sleeping on my sides I’m guessing is causing so much pain. 
I have a u shaped pillow as well as a foam topper put on top of mattress, the foam has helped a little. But it’s absolutely brutal. The pain sticks with me all day

Yes staying in one place makes it hurt as well it seems. Back pain comes and goes.

I was literally signing on here to ask this question. My right hip( cause I can only sleep on my right side) and my lower back are KILLLLLING me. Tylenol doesn’t work so I’ve been sleeping with a heating pad
