Can this cause a miscarriage

Can bending down and twisting and lifting , sitting cross legged , tossing and turning in sleep cause a miscarriage? Today I’ve been going though my daughters toys at both our home and her grandmas home and we live in apartment building ( they live right next to us) that we have to walk up and down a flight of stairs . I also had to come home and clean up our house to prepare for her birthday Saturday. Should I rest the rest of the day or am I okay to keep moving around . I’m at 8 weeks today.
