COVID vaccine

I had my period a week before my COVID injection so cutting a long story short I’ve had my vacation and no side effects just a slight dead arm but my concern is one day after I’ve come on my period again and it’s really watery like just poring out I went to toilet and had a blood clot come out has anyone who has had the injection experienced this ?? And should I report it ?? And to who xx
