Cervical checks tell you NOTHING about labor progression.
You could be completely closed on Thursday at your appointment and have your baby Friday morning.
You could be 3cm dilated for.....5 weeks.
One doctor could say your 1cm at 37 weeks and you still have to be induced at 41 weeks
Unless you are in active labor? A cervical check doesn’t mean a single thing.
