Amniotic fluid or pee?

How do I know if im losing amniotic fluid or pee? Yesterday 4pm I started having extreme pressure on cervix that I stop what I'm doing and it hurts so bad I make sounds or a little scream and my stomach ends up hurting a bit. It still comes and goes and I've been having this wetness feeling and when I check my liner it's just wet and clear and I be getting this pee sensation and when I run to the bathroom its just clear/ light light green and no pee smell or anything. My first pregnancy I got induced at 36wks so this my first time feeling this.
