I started mine when I was in primary school I was 10. My mum found stains in my underwear and I said it was coffee stains as I was soo embarrassed! 😂 I wasn’t fully aware of what they were tbh even though I had them chats with my mum/school 🙈 my mum and grandma started theirs when they were 10 also.
